We're starting the second week of the challenge and the theme for today is black! I originally planned to swatch something else but then I remembered a top coat and though, why not use htis one instead?

Yes, it's a black crackle top coat! I know pretty much every nail blogger ever is totally over crackle (if they even liked them to begin with) but I've always liked the look of it and still do, specially with a bright colour underneath.
This one is Avon's Mosaic Effect Top Coat and as you can see it's a plain old black crackle, nothing too exciting or innovative. I think it's an easy way to spice up an old manicure and I like how it looks over orange, it kind of reminds me of rocks and lava haha
Had to post a picture of the thumb alone because it's where I like how it cracked the most :)

Can I just say I looooove that you used a crackle polish? I'm still not over them! I have way more than I'd like to admit! Haha. :) I think this combo works really well.
